harbor vista professional staff on-hotel garden

I enjoyed a five-night stay with harbor vistas from the premium double room. Front desk staff was professional. Gardens are on the hotel. I rented a bike without cost and I explored the Stanley Park.

The breakfast experience felt impersonal as many travelers were heading on cruises.

Breakfast included diverse choices from green salad to muesli. Room service entrees arrived delicious and prompt. These dishes were hot.

The staff provided friendly, efficient service and always seemed available. Bellhops helped with luggage and directions. Preston was attentive to my issues and helped me to fix my spectacles.

The hotel offered waking paths and bike paths for guest use. Heated pool and indoor pool area were maintained at a high level. The location allows for exploration of nearby Canada Place.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff members were helpful, providing assistance with luggage storage for my late flight.

solid stay with harbor views

superb location outdoor pool waterfront location

The hotel location is superb, steps from stanley park. i enjoyed the outdoor pool area. It was well-kept and had a fun atmosphere. i appreciated the waterfront location, perfect for walks along the seawall. great sunset beach walk

I found the parking fee excessive. also, the elevator doors malfunctioned a couple of times. I got stuck once on the 31st floor.

The hotel provides barrel saunas near the warm outdoor pool. Many seating areas are available. there are small fireplaces and cabanas by the pool. This made the area inviting. there is a coffee shop and a store onsite.

My standard guest room included one king bed. Bedding was very comfortable. the room provided views overlooking the waterfront. I also saw boats and mountains. the hotel provided minimal toiletries. This was not ideal.

The staff were generally friendly and professional. They handled a key card issue efficiently. the hotel has limited breakfast options. The hotel also has a lounge. the elevators were often crowded. It was sometimes difficult to use them.

The staff was quite friendly. i enjoyed the barrel saunas. They were warm and inviting. the outdoor pool area was great, even in cooler weather! the views over the sea were fabulous.

The elevators were slow and often crowded. It was sometimes hard to get an empty one.

excellent service and convenient location

friendly staff several restaurants helpful manager

the staff was friendly , and the facilities offered many activities. i also liked that the hotel is near several restaurants , including cadero's. i found the manager , preston , very accommodating and helpful with our requests.

the room showed some wear , and i found the amenities to be minimal compared to what i usually expect from a westin.
